PERSONAL SHIPPING POLICY
As a disabled person, who also has two very high needs kids I try my hardest to get parcels out quickly but it may sometimes take a couple of days. If there's any urgency please do get in touch with me first and I will make sure we work it out. I send smaller items such as prints, cards and pins with royal mail standard to keep it affordable as I appreciate postage is quite expensive nowadays and times are tough. However for larger more expensive items and overseas I am now having to use tracked, as just can't afford to replace stuff from my own pocket and had too many things going missing.
IF YOU ORDER OTHER ITEMS WITH PRE ORDER ITEMS THEY WILL ALL BE SHIPPED TOGETHER. Unless you contact me to arrange otherwise, everything from ONE ORDER will go as one order, in the same box, because you've paid for that shipment as a whole. I know things can sell out sometimes and so people do a mad dash to check out in one order, so if people check out and then message me to ask if they can pay for another lot of shipping to get other items sooner I'm absolutely happy to do this no problem.
Again - if you want something sooner, please contact me in advance so we can arrange this. If there are ever any issues with orders missing, please email and I will resolve this for you.
